Mr. Nasir Mohamed is a Business Strategist and a Board Member oversees the entire operations in India, Middle East & Asia. He brings with him more than 32 years of combined experience in various verticals of Corporate Management &Law, Transaction Advisory, Foreign Exchange Management, Contract and Finance Laws. The experience in Finance relates mostly to Indian and Gulf Investments most specifically in Equities, Structured Investments and Ethical Finance. Mr. Nasir also brings with him a rich experience in dealing with the leading Foreign Financial Institutions including Sovereign Funds and Investment Houses. Mr. Nasir is going to be the key business strategist in terms of identifying the opportunities and providing the transactionadvisory solution to the opportunities so identified for implementation. Mr. Mohamed holds a Master’s Degree in Corporate Law besides holding Certificates in Insurance, Ethical Finance and Banking. As an avid admirer of talent, Mr. Mohamed is involved in promoting future leadership through talent identification among the young minds.

Mr Syed Zahid Ahmad bring with him his rich experience in Ethical Finance and is an authority in the concept of Livelihood Finance. Mr. Ahmad is a specialized professional in Alternative Finance meant for financial inclusion and inclusive growth. He has contributed around over hundreds of articles and interviews in English and Urdu in prestigious media like Journal of Islamic Banking & Finance, European Financial Review, Islamic Markets, EcoMonitor, Global Islamic Finance Magazine, and Salaam Gateway (Thomson Reuters). Mr. Ahmad’s research and experience will be of immense help to the GEBI Team.

Mr. Rayyan NasirOperations & Implementation

Mr. Rayyan with a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and Law is a qualified Lawyer experienced in analyzing and drafting of Contracts and Agreements. Mr. Rayyan is currently practicing as a Civil and Corporate Lawyer in the High Court of Mumbai. Rayyan brings with him the brand new and modern angle bent to the business aspect of GEBI. He understands the Indian markets and besides possessing practical experience, he is an avid learner.

Mr. Nauman holds degree in Civil and Commercial Law and is experienced in analyzing and researching on any aspect of business operations and its application under law. An avid reader, Mr. Nauman brings with him his experience of business analysis and identify opportunities which has the potential to deliver substantial returns.
